Our managed services offering is built around a flat rate model. Our calculations are based on the effort required to support each asset in its entirety. All assets listed within the ‘Summary of Effort’ table are fully covered under this agreement and no extra charge will be incurred to support these devices, as they adhere to ‘SIMNET Managed IT Service Features’. Support for devices that are not listed will be charged at our hourly contract rate.
